Things have been crazy lately (the Fairbanks household is now 2 for 2 in the new-job-market 👀👀👀), and with everything going on I TOTALLY blanked on writing an article today 👎🏼🤧

But hey - guess what I didn’t blank on?

I marinated two tendy steaks overnight ($9.98 for the pack from Meijer), and paired with some canned corn + mashed potatoes, they were an absolute HIT. I went a little rogue on the ingredients and it paid off 😏😎👩‍🍳

Please try this Marinade:

• 1/3 cup soy sauce

• 1/3 cup lemon juice

• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

• 2 TBS minced garlic

• 2 TBS Italian seasoning

• 1 tsp red pepper flakes

• 1 tsp salt & pepper

*let it sit for at least two hours, but overnight is great also 🥩✨
